Bruce R. Sofferman, D.D.S.

Dr. Bruce Sofferman has been practicing dental excellence since 1982. He received his Bachelor of Science degree magna cumlaude from Hofstra University and his dental education from the University of Buffalo. Dr. Sofferman is a member of many professional organizations including the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the Academy of Sleep Medicine, American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the Naugatuck Valley Dental Association. Dr. Sofferman is a caring professional who participates in charity work and fundraisers for Toys for Tots, the Oxford Little League, Women of Domestic Violence and Area Congregation Together/Spooner House Shelter Food Drive. Winfield Danielson, Jr., D.D.S.

Dr. Winfield S. Danielson, Jr. received his Bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and his DDS degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr Danielson did his graduate work in orthodontics at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he received his Master’s degree in orthodontics. Dr. Danielson is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. This requires an intense examination on a national level. Only 18% of the orthodontists in the country have attained this recognition. Dr Danielson’s staff includes highly trained orthodontic personnel with many years of experience in orthodontics. Jill C. Simon, D.D.S.

Dr. Jill Simon has been specializing in pediatric dentistry for over 20 years. She received her dental degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry and specialized in Pediatric Dentistry by attending The University of Pittsburg School of Dentistry. She then completed her fellowship at the Rose Kennedy Center in Bronx, NY. Dr. Simon is a member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and Naugatuck Valley Dental Association. Dr. Simon and her caring Smile Dental Center staff strive to make each visit as comfortable as possible for all her patients and still deliver the best possible dental care.
